• Select and Pay: Once you’ve found your test, select it and complete the payment process.

• Register and Submit Your Information: You’ll be asked to register, provide your email, and enter your demographic details.

• Choose Your Draw Location: Select the location where you want to have your blood drawn.

• Print Your Requisition: You can take your order to a Quest Diagnostics location or schedule an appointment to have it drawn at our Patient Service Center (PSC).

• Receive Your Results: After your blood is drawn, your results will be emailed to you.
